1 - Implementations


  • Implemented the sending of HSM to the GupShup broker;


  • Implemented the possibility to send the data resulting from the customer consultation to the contact, through the flow or through the agent's screen;


  • Implemented the possibility of changing the operating language of the STT (Speech To Text) feature;


  • 02 new filters have been implemented in the conversation report (checkbox), one to define how the conversations will be filtered in the search, and the other to define whether the messages of the conversation will be displayed only during the researched period.
