- Allow agent to reference customer messages: It is now possible to select the customer's message as a reference in responses. This improvement allows the agent to select which message will be responded to via the agent screen, app or API.
- Allow storage and generation of the URL of the last media sent by the customer: It is now possible to store and return the link of the last media sent by the customer through the STORAGE_FLOW variable.
