• New messages on the agent's screen: When the agent is reviewing old messages at the top of the conversation, new messages will not automatically move the screen to the bottom. Instead, a pop-up will notify you of the arrival of new messages, providing continuous, uninterrupted reading.
• Goal error code: The goal error code was inserted when a message was not sent to the contact. Making it easier to understand the failure returned by Meta.
