  • Message status flow optimization: The WhatsApp Business message status addition flow has been optimized to improve platform stability and performance.
  • Warning icon for undelivered messages: Now, whenever a message is not delivered to the recipient, a warning icon will be displayed in the agent interface. This makes it easier to identify delivery issues, allowing quick actions to ensure that your communication reaches its destination.
