- 1637 - Smart Delay component has been added in the service flow, allowing you to insert a delay of 5 to 15 seconds when sending any component in the flow;
2 - Corrections
- 4908 - Punctual failure in the generic channel that prevented the agent's screen from loading has been corrected;
- 5038 - Failure in the “Anchor” component in the service flow has been corrected;
- 5070 - Failure in the registration of Message Template (HSM) has been corrected;
- 5094 - Intermittency in the RPA component of the service flow has been corrected.
